Yahoo – Configuration (POP3) in Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird etc

It is possible to use a box with a Yahoo! Mail email program (Outlook, Thunderbird …) but for using it this way, there are 2 solutions:

SOLUTION 1: With “Yahoo Direct” activation

  1. Go to your Yahoo! Mail account.
  2. Top right, click on “Mail Options”
  3. On the screen that appears, choose the option “Forwarding and POP”
  4. Subscription page to Yahoo Direct is -> this is the condition for Yahoo enables delivery of your mail.
  5. Fill some pages (check at least one box) and confirm
  6. On the last screen, check the box “Web Access and Pop”

You just have to configure your email software.
